Before reservation, we get in touch to ensure your date is available and send a price list with details. Then, we can have an online call to get acquainted and find out more details, and if everything suits you, we send a contract to sign online and provide details for a 20% non-refundable deposit of the package that you choose.

We send our company’s bank account details for the 20% deposit. The rest of the amount can be also sent as a bank transfer maximum 2 days before the wedding day or can be paid in cash on the wedding day, whatever is more convenient for your couple.

Our Grace and Eternal packages cover the work of only 1 photographer, which is suitable for an intimate atmosphere. For larger events where you have 100+ guests, plan preparations in different places, or just want your gallery to be rich in more angles, the Eternal Luxe package with 2 photographers will be a good option.

We live in Poland, but our frequent countries for destination weddings are Italy and France, as well as other beautiful countries in Europe, including Greece, Germany, and Switzerland.

Yes, all our packages include a couple photoshoot during the wedding day, such as a Lake Como boat ride or a walk around your venue. You can also contact us to find out the details of booking a pre- or after-wedding session for your couple.

Even 20 minutes are enough for us to capture elegant photos of your couple, as well as some Vogue-inspired editorial pictures. However, it can be a longer session, or we can separate it into several parts. For example, 15 minutes exclusively for morning portraits during preparations, first look + a short walk across the venue, and an evening after-ceremony photoshoot.

Yes, we’ll guide you through the entire process, from simple things like touching your earrings to taking a walk, holding each other’s hands. We show every pose, explaining how to do it, and show the results during the session on the camera so that you can decide whether everything suits you.

The maximum editing turnaround is up to 3 months from your wedding day. However, all our packages have a preview option so that you get 20-40 sneak peaks as highlights of all important parts of the day within the first 5 days.

Every of us has 2 cameras, each with extra lenses and 2 memory card slots so that the photos are saved on both SD cards simultaneously. We also have extra cards, batteries, flashes, and continuous lights. Once at home, we save the photos on 2 separate SSD drives so that there are originals and a backup.

Both the preview and the full session photos are provided in the online digital gallery via a dedicated link. You can watch the photos online, download them, and send the link to your guests. Please note that the gallery is available during 1 year, meaning you’ll need to download the photos within this time.

Yes, each of our packages includes the option to extend our coverage on the wedding day. Additional hours are billed at an hourly rate, which depends on the selected package and is clearly specified in the price list and the contract.

No, we specialize exclusively in wedding photography. However, we’re happy to recommend trusted videographers we’ve had the pleasure of working with at our couples’ weddings.
