In this review, we'll describe an 8-hour wedding photoshoot day in Poland from our experience.
We want to describe how we get acquainted and discuss the details with the couple before the wedding day, what we consider, and what our work during the big day looks like.
This example is the amazing wedding day of Iren and Nazar, 20.07.2024.
We met with Nazar and Iren several months before the wedding day in the Karamello cafe in the center of Wroclaw to drink some coffee and discuss the details, including the timetable, since the couple had no wedding planner and asked us for some tips from experience.
We selected the best time for our planner photoshoot outside, chose the best hotel room for preparation photos, and discussed the most suitable time for the first dance. The couple was happy with our offer, so we signed a contract for the 20.07.2024 wedding 8-hour photoshoot in Wroclaw.
On the wedding day, we came to Zamek Topacz at 10 am and noticed that the location where we planned the first look wasn’t available. We quickly picked another location, this beautiful bridge.
We had some time for bridal preparation photos in Poland, but the first look was the most important part of the morning for the couple.
Serhii was waiting with Nazar, and I was going with Iren.

Then, we had about 15 minutes for some photos, including several shots of Nazar's present for Iren.
after this, we went to the church for a ceremony.
The church ceremony took about 45 minutes, during which, we captured the rings and other professional wedding church photos in wroclaw.
after this, we took some group photos with the priest.
First, these were small groups of people, such as parents. Then, we invited everyone to the next part of the church to take several group photos with all the guests together.
When the couple was going out of the church, we took several more awesome photos.
A few minutes before this, we helped the guests to stand in a line and gave everyone the petals.
We had a few minutes to visit the centre of Wroclaw.
This location next to the river was five minutes walk from the church, so we chose it. here, Iren and Nazar were practising their first dance, so we took these best photos of a wedding in Wroclaw.
After this, we returned to the Topach castle and took some photos of guests greeting the couple.
Then, everyone had a little bit of rest. It was the time for having fun, so we were watching the guests and capturing fun moments for the best wedding reportage in wroclaw.
At about 4 pm, we went out with the couple to take some more photos outside, including drone photos and videos of their dancing.

Then, all guests went outside, so we took great group photos from both our camera and a drone.

Finally, we came back to the wedding hall for the first dance wedding photos in poland, which was so emotional, and then, there was the cake.
After this, we took several photos of all this fun on the dancing floor, which is a great ending of this wedding gallery.
We sent the first 20 preview photos the next day with a short Instagram video, and we were happy to get such an amazing review comment from Iren.
When we sent the entire gallery within 1.5 months, we also delivered a 3-minute wedding clip from our camera, as well as files with short drone videos with group photos of guests.
Once Iren has chosen 20 photos for printing, we prepared this amesome present box and met up again. We also plan an elopement photoshoot in the mountains, and it's a pleasure when our couples come back to us 🥰
